Shipping policy
Temporary Shipping Time-
Due to worldwide Covid –19, orders may experience delays due to the number of orders being
processed and extended lead times for shipping, so please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping.
Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking-
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (s). This tracking number will be active within 48-72 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes-
O’donye Nicole Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Package-
O’donye Nicole is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping company referenced in your confirmation email to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost Packages-
O’donye Nicole is not liable for any packages that are lost during shipping or stolen. If you did not receive your package and your tracking indicated that the package was delivered, please contact the shipping company referenced in your confirmation email to file a claim.
Domestic Shipping Policy-
Processing Time Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except on Holidays in which the order will be shipped the following business day. (Temporary Shipping applies to Domestic orders).
International Shipping Policy-
Delivery times are 6-10 business days from the day the order is processed. (Temporary Shipping applies to International orders).
**Why was my order shipped separately?
We will send your order as soon as possible to ensure you get the order earlier therefore your order may be shipped separately from a different warehouse based on stock.
